Welcoming our newest member!

My brother Nephi and his wife Shandie brought this adorable little girl into our family yesterday. Welcome McKinlie Anna Mackay. (Named in part after her favorite auntie, he he he.) We are very excited she is part of the clan.

Holy Spud!

A few years back you may remember the infamous Mother Mary grilled cheese sandwich. This relic went on to sell for big monies on ebay. Well a few weeks ago I was reading the local newspaper about a fellow finding a cross in the middle of his baked potato, on Christmas Day non-the-less. Well imagine my excitement when I was scrubbing this little beauty tonight. Finally, my big break! I could make a pretty penny without an ounce of effort. Unfortunately my belly got the better of me and I opted to just eat the tasty little guy. I guess I am ungrateful. :)
