A not so rare siting of the Northern Fugg

According to my friend Chris, this is a nation wide, perhaps even world wide specimen, although it wasn't until I moved to the Midwest that I saw them up close and personal and at a high frequency. Ugg boots tucked into sweatpants paired with preferably a northface sweatshirt or jacket. At any given moment, clusters of these creatures can be spotted on the campus of The Ohio State University. Being a proponent for the right for any creature to thrive in their natural habitat, I am hesitant to raise awareness of this phenomena, but my fashionable sensibilities can't take it anymore! Perhaps its no worse then the Utah duck-butt hair styles, but all I am asking is for a world where people take time to get out of their pajamas in the morning and make an attempt to look decent.

Baby Madison!

okay so i have to have some bragging rights, being a new aunt and all...but i swear my new niece is one of the cutest babies out there! so adorable. it was so great to finally meet her in person! she is a month old now, its crazy how fast time goes. its so great to be back in utah for a week, i really needed a break! its nice to be able to sit and read and sleep in.

Ohio Blizzard!

Some of you may have read about the blizzard we had in ohio this weekend. it was pretty crazy! it snowed 20 inches in a day and a half so we were pretty much snowed in all weekend. even church got canceled, which i don't remember that ever happening. this is the biggest snowstorm in the last hundred years or so, so now i am part of ohio history, yeah me.

I am officially taking a stand!

okay friends. it time for me to air a greviance. This whole blog culture is revolving around moms. and I absolutly LOVE checking all of your blogs and seeing your adorable babies and what your lives are up to. LOVE IT!!!! What i am not so thrilled about is when i check your blogs and get blasted with country or other bothersome music, mostly in a situation or place when i probably shouldn't be looking at your blogs. Okay, i realize by taking my stand i can't make a difference in the world. I am the lone single gal in universe where people can get on the computer without anyone but the babies hearing strange music. gotcha. just wanted to make my voice heard.
