Laurie, my only advice is to not skimp on photography (which I'm sure you won't) and to get a wedding video. Justin Banks does videos (http://utahweddingproductions.com/), and did one for my sister-in-law and was awesome and reasonably priced. But, I guess, most important, is to just love your man and enjoy the day! I'm so excited for you!
My advice on photographers is "Don't take any of my advice"! Unless you want to get all dressed up after the fact and do retakes.
