Halloween is one of those holidays that is exponentially better with kids. I had so much fun today with my two little sweeties.

And this was the space man that never was.
"Put it away!" Ironically when we were out trick or treating, he saw 2 little brothers in this identical space suit. He said, "Hey! Thats my space suit!" So maybe next year he'll wear it.
WE had a little Halloween party with the 3 of us. He read halloween books from the library, made cookies, had treats and decorated pumpkins. We had a ball.

Since Thomas wouldn't wear his space man suit, I got out the tractor from last year. When I got out this plaid shirt he ran the other direction and said, "No! I don't want to go to church!" Ha ha! funny man. I told him I wasn't going to make him go to church but that if he wanted to go trick or treating he had to wear it. So he obliged. I also talked him into letting me give him a mustache like Papa Allred's. He had the biggest smile on his face while I was putting it on and then the moment he saw his face in the mirror his smile froze and he was not a fan of this facial hair. I convinced him to let me take some pictures and then we washed it off before we went trick or treating. I think that was my favorite moment of the night. Lol!!
He is one cute little farmer! I don't think the tractor will make it out trick or treating again. It got pretty beat up.
I love this little lady. What a fun night! Thomas got really into trick or treating. It was really rainy all day so I was worried we wouldn't make it out, but it cleared up just enough. The little man had a ball and was pretty happy to have a bag full of candy. Love that little dude.

Such great pictures! Caroline is so beautiful. What a cutie. I love that picture of Thomas with a mustache! It's funny how similar Peter and Thomas can be sometimes. Peter refused to wear that one pirate costume I got for him when he was two...and now he won't let Johnny wear it because he puts it on every Halloween now.
I really think Thomas just has so much imagination that he is worried he will be sent to the moon if he wears it.
She's so beautiful and you two are the only people I know who look that good in orange!
What a fun day and what good ideas to turn the whole day into a party.
