Theodore's first month

Hard to believe it has already been a month since Theo joined our family. It has been a wonderful, hectic, sleepy, crazy, beautiful month. 

Theo is getting big fast! He now tips the scale  at 9 lbs 15 ounces And is over 22 inches long! Don't grow too fast, little guy!

 

Theo is just as handsome as it is humanly possible for a baby boy to be. He looks just like his big brother Thomas! I can't pick favorites in the looks department, because they look the same! (Not that I would of course!) 

Oh but those dimples! 

 

Theo is a sweet little man. I'll admit, he is still a bit of a mystery to me. Some days I think he's a pretty easy going and gentle soul, and other days it seems he is a chip off the Thomas block. I have no clue! One thing is for certain we love the little guy! 

He is a darling! 

 

 One night I was putting the kids to bed and Theo was screaming so I had to cut Caroline's bedtime routine short, I said, "I've got to go help Theo, he needs me" from the other room as I was nursing Theo, I hear Caroline call out, "I need you too mama! I need you too!" The girl knows how to get you!

 

Sissy made sure he had plenty of books to read.

He has taken after Thomas in his love for the baby swing. He us not a natural in the sleep department like his sister. Sigh. But we like him enough that we'll let that slide for the time being 🙂 

 

Sibling Love

 

The kids have done really well adjusting to Theo. They are sweet, attentive and very interactive with him. Especially Thomas. He will say to me that Theo is his very best friend and that he is Theo's favorite person in the whole family. It will probably be true! I don't doubt it! For now I've still got the advantage because I've got the milk!one day Theo was crying and Thomas rushed to his side. Theo stopped crying and was cooing at thomas. He said, "look mom! Theo needed me! " 

Caroline has been great as well. No jealousy and no major issues with adjustment. She has has a bit harder time falling asleep and staying asleep, but in general she is doing great. She and Thomas have been very helpful. And for the most part have been good little playmates with each other. 

 

 

Best brother a boy could ask for! Thomas is as sweet as pie 

You can't go wrong with a sister as wonderful as Caroline

 

I legitimately have the cutest kids in the world 

 

 

 

It looks like I took all these pictures the same say, but no, Caroline just wears that Elsa dress Every.Single.Day  

And apparently Thomas wears that yellow digger shirt a lot too!
