We went apple picking today at a small little orchard in Alpine. It was magical. Something about being in an orchard just really highlights the wonders of childhood. The farm, Burgess Orchards, gave preschool tours. The guide was so animated and the kids absolutely adored every minute of it. Plus we took home 10 pounds of honeycrisp apples. You can't beat that! We have been missing going to the u-pick orchards in Ohio, so this filled a little void for us today.
