Happy Halloween

Halloween came and went....but not without a lot of fanfare and festivities

Here we are at the pumpkin patch having a grand time. Last year we went to an awesome patch in Mapelton. This year we tried one closer to home. It wasn't nearly as good, but the kids still had fun.

The lady's pumpkin....don't ask me why I didn't get a picture of Thomas's. I have three kids now, I'm just trying to keep someone from crying at any given moment. Thomas picked the biggest pumpkin he could find at the patch. It was 45 pounds!

Here is our sweetheart in her costume. My mom worked so hard making her this Cinderella costume. she was awestruck when she saw it. She loves feeling glamorous! She looked so cute and played the part of Cinderella well.
And here we have batman. When Thomas told me he wanted to be a superhero this year, I thought maybe his cardboard vehicle days were over. Then he asked me to make him the batwing, bat mans jet....I tried to talk him into the bat mobile but he was persistent. He looked pretty cool though! Even though he has too wide to make it up some of the houses narrow porches, he loved it and got lots of compliments.

This little guy however wanted very little to do with Halloween. He had no interred in his costume, and this was the only picture I got where he wasn't crying.
There were so many parties the week of Halloween, we were so busy. Here is Caroline gleefully racing on a witches broom during her dance class. She got to bring a friend to her party, so Thomas joined in. That boy loves a party and he picked up those dance moves pretty fast.

Here is Caroline's joy school party. I took pictures of Thomas during his parade but they were all so blurry, so I won't post them, but he had a great time. I'm so glad the kids have so many fun opportunities.
Clint had to work late, so the kids had to wait a bit the go trick or treating. There was so much anticipation! They were pretty patient, though very excited when Clint got home. It was so fun. Holidays with kids is the best.
